Guest guest
I had my surgery just over three years ago. I started at 296 and my lowest about a year and a half after the surgery was 155. Over the past year I have gained about 18 pounds. I am so frustrated because I can't allow myself to go back to the way I was. I can't let all the work, struggle and suffering be for nothing. I am still addicted to food and think about it constantly! I don't know if I am lucky or unlucky, but I can tolarate just about everything and anything I want to eat. I once again have the appetite that I had lost for the first year and a half after the surgery. Fortunatly I am still only able to eat smaller portions, but I know my portions are larger then I should be able to tolerate. Does anyone have any ideas to help me through this?
