Guest guest
Patient has hypertension, diabetes, and she is also having low back pain. She said that her back went out of place, and she is not sure exactly why. Denies nausea, vomiting, but interestingly, her urinalysis shows significant proteinuria, suggesting nephrotic syndrome from **cute Mr. ** I don't even know where to begin to look. I looked on google under diabetes, and nephrotic syndrome, but don't know what I'm looking for. Probably something with ketones.
