Guest guest
Dick, From what you describe, it sounds like when I would get spasms. With my tremors, they first came on all of a sudden, at night, when I was in bed, and I would just be 'trembling' like I was cold. My muscles would have already been in spasm. Once in awhile a twitch happens. I don't worry about that. Have just accepted I am a 'neurological wonder' lol and ride short, wierd neuro-body things out! Also with my tremors, there is no pain. The pain is seems in me either comes from muscle spasms or nerves. Being tired at night will bring ANY one of my CMT symptoms on. Like I was picking up the toys in the living room 2 nights ago. d them to the toy basket in the family room. Dumped them in. Fine - job done. I decide to sit on the couch to watch TV. Only problem my new pj's haven't been hemmed yet, and the right leg had come unrolled. So, caught the pj 'cuff' on the toy basket and dove nose/face first right into the couch! It was so funny - but things like that happen to me at night. Guess I am like one of the 3 stooges sometimes! LOL ~Gretchen
Guest guest
Dick, I too have alot of muscle twitching and have been wondering where all this is coming from, and if others have the same thing happen. When I sit down at night my muscles just start twitching in my arms, legs and feet. They twitch sometimes for a half hour or so. I can just sit there and watch them twitch for a long time. When I had my hip replacement surgery, my thigh would twitch so violently that it jumped off the bed. C
