Susie....do you guys know about Milk Thistle? It is so helpful for

cleansing the liver...they have done double blinded studies and

proven it to be more effective than placebo...and I am a good

anecdotal reference as I have seen teh improvement in my liver

enzymes...and then they go UP when I run out,...just a thought...
