bread, pasta, crackers, cereal, bagels, donuts, and pastries.

Other foods that contain gluten:

imitation crabmeat, soy sauce, deli meat, soups, salad dressing, spice

blends, and sausages.

Wheat flour substitutes;

rice flour

sourghum flour

tapioca flour

Gluten-free items are typically found in the health or natural foods

section.
