Guest guest
I'm noticing this week that my knees, elbows, wrists, hips and fingers seem to be giving me more trouble than normal. I've not been doing anything different other than including a few good carbs into an already fairly healthy diet. Could it be some side-effect of the Metformin? I know it can't be weight gain because I was beyond the scheduled weight loss when I went to the clinic today. I'm actually carrying about 20 pounds less around these days. It just seems like the knee I recently injured is especially being obnoxious in its screaming and with everything else joining in, I'm afraid I may have to resort to actually taking something for it (which I hate doing).
