I had the panni done at time of surgery and now 5 mos. I can say that at

least this time I can see the baby, before it was all fat. IM GLAD I had the

panni done before pregnancy. I do have some separation of the stomach

muscles that make me have a pouch, and backaches from lack of muscular

support but Im not sure if this is surgery or pregnancy or both.
