Guest guest
Ron, That's what I have thought for a couple of years. When I saw my first neuro, he said, " As long as it isn't diabetes, it doesn't really matter what it is since most PNs are not treatable anyway. " He gave me a perscription for a set of AFOs, told me to take high doses of thiamin everyday, and said, " Have a nice life " ! Personally, I would like to have an actually diagnosis. Even if it is something that isn't treatabel. For a while everything seemed to level off. When things got to the point that my primary care doctor wanted me to go back to a neuro, I asked for a different one. Hopefully, I'll get better care with the new doc. Thanks everyone for your welcome and advice. Lynn
