Hi Helen, My cholesterol and other of those numbers all got in the normal range when I started eating sensible (for me this is eating what I want in small portions), adding additional exercise to my schedule and losing weight. Guest guest
Strange Red wine tastes so much sweeter than blush or white. Will know tonight what it did to my Bg's as I had a glass of blush wine. Helen Re: Question >What about Blush, I hate red???? It gives me a headache. Thanks, Helen Blush does not have the same positive effects on bg or cholesterol as red . . . too much sugar. Sandy

Guest guest
Hi Yes I was on it once for a bit but it didn't do much for me. It's was worth a try though. debra van ness wrote: Yes, I have a script for it. I take it once in a while. I think it probably does help with the stiffness some. But if I took it 2 or three times a day, I think it would make me groggy. Maybe not. But hey, i think it helps. I take at least one a day and usually it is at night. Take it sweety, it can't hurt ya to try. agape debra weachy_01 wrote: > > I was wondering if anyone else is taking flexeril? My doctor has me > on it. I take it at night before bed. Guest guest
I was taking flexeril for years as needed for muscle tension. then when I got the DX of FM I was supposed to take 20 MG at night to help me sleep, well we had to drop the dose and then work back up LOL as I was too sleepy to move in the morning. I have finally worked up to 10 mg per night and can wake up around 10 instead of 7 but it is getting better. LOL I do sleep well with it. I still take 5 mg during the day if I feel that my neck is starting to constrict. HTH etta Re: Question > > > > > I was wondering if anyone else is taking flexeril? My doctor has me > > on it.
