Having had CMT since childhood, I think what I could have used MOST was

an upbeat, positive, and good-attituded book on living with CMT. The

symptoms and all that jazz were handled by doctors, and god bless my

parents, they helped me with attitude, but back then in the 1960's, I

could have used even more 'good attitudes'! And it took me nine years of

drinking and drowning my sorrows and pain to get to a 12 step program

that completely turned my 'attitude toward life' around 180 degrees!

Including my feelings and attitude about living with CMT. The feelings

and emotional luggage that come with CMT were the hardest part of life

with CMT for me. That's why I like this email group. I am especially

interested in your feelings and emotions associated with your CMT. And

hey, just so we don't wallow in the mud, I started this group with an

emphasis on the 'positive'!
