A quick and easy and simple pizza crust for homemade pizza is (available on

the wet coast of Canada anyway) a rye cracker-bread. They are about 10-12 "

in diameter with a1 " hole in the centre. Add whatever sauce, veggies, chees

you are comfortable with. It is a pretty good whole-grain thin crust.

I love those for snacks... with cheese... mmm...
