It is simply the pain and we cannot exersize like we use to? Or is there more to it? What have You done to try to lose weight? Im so tired of being overweight I need to do something about it. I use to never have this problem, After having a baby I would bounce right back but after my daughter Kylie was born....I simply cannot lose it now. Any suggestions?
