I cooked whole cranberries and just about passed out when I tasted them.  Cranberries  contain significant amounts of pectin. How do we prepare cranberries to get rid of the pectin? Carol F.Celiac, SCD 8 years,MCS, Latex Allergy"It is only by helping others that we can help ourselves"
