The reason I spent 35 minutes on the treadmill, and 20 minutes on the

exercize bike last night was to compensate for the turkey on rye and

potato salad I had for dinner. I went to a deli style restaurant

with a co-worker and it was the first time I had potato salad, since

I was diagnosed, and it was yummy. But knowing that we can " work it

off " makes the little treats feel less indulgent, and we all need

treats once in awhile,
