Guest guest
There is a site with tons of info on this area, so just go to: http://www.niddk.nih.gov/ its the national institute of diabetes and digestive and kidney diseases. sueluvcin wrote: Hi, I've had type 1 diabetes for about 9 years. My hbaic has mostly been under 7% and my blood pressure fairly normal. It's always norma at home, but sightly elevated at the doctors. I am awaiting kidney results, and they say the results are pending. Last time I had the test done, they wrote normal, whited-it out and then wrote ok. That was freaking me out, but at least it was ok. Now, I'm freaked out over this pending situation. Can anyone give me some info. on diabetes and kidney disease? Guest guest
Yes I suspect the same thing happens to me as bp is always normal at health club and then high at doctors. But she put me on meds anyways. I am going to buy one of those wrist cuffs and monitor it myself. I hope it stores the readings like the bg monitors do, must prove this to the doc, she doesn't believe me.
