Guest guest
Hi , I do not use a meal planner so I can't help you there. I can give you Dillon's recipe and maybe you can figure the white to yolk ratio. Dillon's bread recipe for grilled cheese. 23g egg 4g cottage cheese (I delete this because the bread was too lumpy) 17g strawberries 10g Kraft Deluxe American cheese 27g cream 19g oil salt, sweetener, vanilla 4:1, 345 calories To make the bread I use 2 eggs (for 6 slices) It is VERY important that after you separate the eggs you whip those whites until they can stand up. Gently fold in the yolks and add salt. Preheat your oven to 350* I use my baking stone covered in foil and sprayed liberally with Pam. Measure out 23g and drop two blobs on the foil. I get 6 slices with 2 eggs. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool a bit and slide off with a spatula. For the cheese puffs you may not be cooking them enough. I have the best success using a china plate sprayed with pam. They go for 30 secs in my microwave...they should be getting brown around the edges. Let them cool a bit too before you try to slide them off with a spatula. Chedder did not work for me either...too oily. Processed cheese is too watery.. The Kraft Deli Delux is the best...even the store brand real American did not do as well. Hope this helps...I just have never gotten around to getting excel for the meal planner...Ariane
Guest guest
, I tried the waffle iron too and no go!!! Baking is the best. You can also make silver dollar size blobs in a frying pan for pancakes...syrup being the butter melted with maple flavoring. I do not do the meals by hand I just have a great dietitian and a great friend from this list who calculates anything I want. The downside is if Dillon wants say, eggs, cheese AND bacon and I only have a recipe for bacon and eggs OR cheese and eggs, I can't do it on demand. It hasn't been that big of deal but I am going to look into getting excel. Good Luck with the bread! Ariane

Guest guest
Thanks Ariane. I'll try the bread again. I tried to make it in the waffle iron with egg whites and it was just a MESS! I got that recipe on the list a while back. I don't know how you or anyone else can figure out meals without the meal planner. I'd go crazy! Do you use another program or hand calculate? I'm amazed at those of you that do that. in KS
