Info for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)

HI all,

Yesterday there was a good article about CFS was in the " Parade "

magezine.

According to the article you must have chronic and persistent fatigue

for at least 6 months and 4 of the following symptoms:

Unrefreshing night's sleep

Joint pain without redness or swelling

Muscle pain

Tender or enlarged lymph nodes

sore throat

headache that's new or severe

poor memory and concentration

prolonged exhaustion after activity.

The article was written by Dr Isadore Rosenfeld who is a regular

contributor to " Parade " .

I do have at least 4 of the symptoms but haven't been diagnosed yet.
