Very interesting. The original assumption would be 3 counties passed.

I or anyone else would never guess they were dealt with previously.

To

answer your question regarding " which schools " , be aware that every

county in Florida represents a school district. So whenever an IEP is

held, it is the school district who is present, along with that particular

school's educators. So when the complaints were filed, it was against the

school district, not any schools.

I

asked those who filed the complaints what happened to the other 3

counties in Florida. Turns out, there were already OCR complaints

that were previously filed against those remaining 3 counties.
