Guest guest
Welcome Mike Glad the group can help you. I have pain w/my feet also. I've been sleeping on a loveseat with my feet flat on the wall since 1996. I understand your pain. When I was working and I was standing on my feet for any length of time my feet would curl in my shoes. Nothing seem to work for me. In order to straighten my toes out I would have to literally bang them on floor. Yes, it was painfully but I had to get the toes to straighten out. Since I started taking the pred it has gotten much better. No, this disease is not in your head, doctors can sometimes make you feel that way. Just as the group said If they don't have an explanation for your problem, they try to dismiss it. When I was in my early 20's I had quit a few problems w/chest pain. I also went to the emergency room, they couldn't understand what was wrong w/me. The pain was great, everytime when I moved it got worst. Hang in there, and the group can give you good advice Once again welcome, look forward to reading your e-mail. Compassion Rene

Guest guest
Hi Guys & Gals, Haven't been keeping up with you....too much homework from work - I told my kids it just doesn't end LOL!!! I wanted to comment that when I told my Rheummy about the burning and tingling sensation that I was having in my hands - the upper part of the palm - he said it was because the little joints were inflamed - made sense to me. Patty B. - with my lifestyle better give me more than 3 days with no contact - maybe 2 weeks.
