Guest guest
Have you tried " whole wheat " macaroni?? There is a brand called " Annies " with a bunny on the front, that is usually found in the " healthfoods " area of a store... it is a little more expensive, but you may want to try it for that occasional " craving " for mac and cheese? Guest guest
There are also pastas made from soy and other alternative flours. I've found that my favorite is the CarbFit from Hain. (Ususally I make my own, though.) Re: Re: Does anyone have to tell their doctor they want more drugs? Have you tried " whole wheat " macaroni?? Guest guest
Sometimes I think the Tired feeling also might mean we as Diabetics have a tendency to be Anemic... Have you checked to see if this is part of it? I know since most of the time, since my Blood sugars are under 150 I sleep a lot less most of the time... so maybe Sugars do play a factor besides too. Just probably worth looking into. ~~TINA~~ -- Re: Does anyone have to tell their doctor they want more drugs? > > My A1C was 9.9, and I am NOT tired all the time. Wow. Guest guest
I do and that awful burning and stabbing in my feet and hands. I know if I reach 200 it will be a day of hell :-( Just the thought of the pain keeps me pretty honest BJ What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us.
