i know the feeling well. some days i can't get out of bed. i know when my body

needs to rest though so on my days off, sometimes i just stay in my room,

resting, with my cats.

yesterday was one of those days. we had company last night and i couldn't wait

for them to leave.

I know what you mean , i just feel so wash ed out, like having thee flu only

not. this is terrible. cant stand it no more. I cant stand feeling like i am so

tired and week, i try so hard to pretend that i feel ok and that i am not tired

but i am, sitting here , all i want td do is slle, i was up all night again and

down on the sofa.

my hands keep twitching off the keyboard. hate that.
