A couple times a week I have the fololowing.

-on plate put one-two leaves of lettuce

-place one half to one cup of low fat cottage cheese on lettuce

-place one quarter to one half cup blueberries or fruit of choice on

cheese

-top with one quarter cup of sliced almonds

My post prandial BG went down from 8-9 mmol/L to 5-6 mmol/L on this meal

rather than having a starch at breakfast.

Hi,

Yes that is one of my breakfasts I have (picked up from The Zone

diet) I generally eat Cottage Cheese w/Pineapple or Peaches with

Sliced almonds -- it is a filling breakfast.
