Guest guest
I have seen and bought one too a while back. They are high fiber and a bit more protein in them then the r egular tortillas. I tried a few but didnt think they were too tasty. I found some in any grocery store. There is also a low carb milk that my Mother bought a few times. It is even thinner then skim milk. It is very pale in its whiteness. The flavor is not too good IMO> I prefer the real low fat milk or soy milk. Anyone else try this low carb milk.? It goes through some processing to lower the lactose content. ERWachter@... wrote: I Hope you come back soon!
Guest guest
Just get whole milk; it has fewer carbs than skim. Half-and-half has even fewer, and cream has almost none. Guest guest
YUCK! I cant stand whole milk, too much fattness in it. I either use 2%, 1% or soy milk. Skim milk in the other hand is pale white water. I just dont understand how whole milk has less carbs. !!?? Cream is almost alll fat and sugar, so there is plenty of carbs in that, unless its a low carb or low sugar one or sugar free one. I dont use cream so I wouldnt know. I use milk or soymilk in my coffee milks when I make them anyways. The word cream to me, just justifies its fat content and maybe even some sugar if its sweetened. Guest guest
Most of the soymilks in the stores here have lots of sugar in them. RE: Low carb Tortillas/milk I use milk or soymilk in my coffee milks when I make them anyways.
Guest guest
Unless it is sweetened (and some is), cream has almost no carbs. Read the lables.
