Guest guest
Ruth, yep that 12 million dollars bill story was wild! Although I tend to take things more personally and would have started to cry on the spot! Debra, thank you so much for the glowing post:) I will get back to you on the ideas. Dick, my shoe inserts (orthotics) were $300 for the pair. That is a one time charge. It took 2 maybe 3 more visits (at no charge) to get them 'tuned up' as I started walking different - like normal! I go in once, maybe twice a year now so the orthotist can check them and see how they are wearing. Then I get a little $15-20$ charge if he changes anything. The best deal ever. And a funny story - sort of: At 8 am yesterdy my Dr. cancelled his 11:30 am appointment with me (gave some excuse) it was OK I had enough to do without seeing him, but I thought I should have called back and said I would have to charge him for not giving me the custumary 24 hour cancellation notice! (I always think of these things too late!) ~ Gretchen
