Any guidance you can give me would be appreciated. > Thanks! :-) Tara > Hi Tara, I came across this diet for the same reason, my son has developmental delays and I thought I would try it to support him and also because I've always struggled with poor digestion, gas, bloating etc... The first thing I noticed was that I didn't feel nauseaus anymore after riding on the spinning wheel with my son at the playground. My accupuncturist had mentioned that the nauseua might be due to weakening of the digestive system with age. I now think it has to do with what I was eating and the fact that I probably have yeast issues from lead poisoning, although I haven't been formally tested yet. I did test my son for yeast and he does have some. The other things I've noticed are a virtual disappearance of PMS symptoms and no more swings in my blood sugar. We have been on it a little over a month and my son is having trouble with nauseau, possibly from too much acidity, but I'm not sure yet. I definitely feel better and I've noticed improvements in my son's language. Hope this helps, Amy
Guest guest
Carol, I wasn't aware that Granny apples were unripe...I just thought the variety was green and less sweet than others.... What about mature coconuts? Since I do not do well with dairy, I am missing the creaminess of foods....when I would make the young coconut kefir, I would take the spoon meat , add alittle water and puree. It really satisfied my creamy cravings. I'm wondering if I could do that with the brown coconuts. thanks, tara Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.
