I am working with Quicken so I can do my billing and my taxes from the

same program. Someone in our NMTC family mentioned having found an

accountant who came to her/his house to set her Quicken out. If you are

she/he, please share with us how you got this accountant, how you

advertised or sought him/her out. Much appreciated.

I don't know if you are referring to me or not, but my accountant came to my

house to set up my QuickBooks, which is not the same as Quicken. I looked in

the phone book and she had a listing saying she provided " Quickbook Services. "

If you are considering Quicken, I can't advise you on that as I've never used

it. Perhaps their website will list accounting/bookkeeping professionals

trained on their software by area/city? I used to use another accountant in

this area and he too was a Quickbooks-trained/registered person and they gave

out free demonstration software for the company to their clients. It might be

worth calling around and asking a few professionals their opinions of software

and whether or not they will provide the in-home consultation. I LOVE

QuickBooks. I wouldn't use anything else but of course I only say that because

this meets all of my needs, is easy to learn & use, and I've never (knock on

wood) had a problem with it. I've never tried any other products.

You may just be the one....I already invested in Quicken and can't really

afford to switch. But if they do it for Quick Books I would think there

would be someone who would do it with Quicken? Thanks for your input.
