Guest guest
I have read that some of you drip all of your yogurt. Other than it is thicker, is there advantages to this, health wise? Be blessed Sandy
Guest guest
I can't speak to the health benefits of dripped yogurt, but for me, it's the only way I can eat it due to the sour taste of the liquid. Never been a big yogurt fan in the first place, but with dripped SCD yogurt reconstituted to a creamy consistency with water, then mixed with fresh fruit, honey and vanilla, its very good. Guest guest
Not everyone can tolerate the galactose, the watery liquid which is drained fromthe yogurt, which, I believe, has a sugarcontent. Hence, dripping. Makes iteasier to digest for some people.Regards, MaraI can't speak to the health benefits of dripped yogurt, but for me, it's the only way I can eat it due to the sour taste of the liquid.
