Hello,

This child has a history of imperforate anus and retroperitoneal fistula.

He underwent a " s/l couple " VCUG, which shows an intact tissue " s/l

plan " that divert the bladder from the sigmoid colon and rectum. Also, he

underwent a distal stomagram that shows distal bowel segment beginning from the

ostomy and forming a rectum exit through a perineal sinus tract. There is no

rectal-ureteral or rectal-vesicle fistula identified.

Thank you. Any assistance is appreciated.

Carla
