Shanin-Glad you are feeling okay--Ive taken ambien for over a year and

believe it is the greatest invention since the wheel. It is not psycho-active

just somehow or other you go to sleep its like the Sandman in pill form.

Janet,

Is this safe??? Does it interfere with any drugs? God knows I need

something to help me sleep and I sure not gonna try what Jeannette offered.

LMAO!!!!!!!

Sorry, this is a woman from another list group who is into all natural cures

and remedies. She gives some great advice most times, but not for sleep

apnea.

Don't ask, believe me. LOL

I take it and sleep like a baby with it....But when I am out of it I don't

sleep at all....The guy at the drug store said it was safe to take as long as

I needed it...I Asked him like forever? LOL He said if u have too...I

wouldn't worry about it because it is one of the safer drugs...and yes you do

have to be laying down within 5 minutes of taking it.

Oh it's a prescription. OK, another question. I have no problem going to

sleep, (exhaustion does that to you) but never stay that way for more than a

couple of hours then, I'm awake, in pain, cramping, sweating, just generally

falling apart as usual. LOL

Do you stay asleep after taking this?

Lu,

This sounds good to me. I read you guys post about not having that drug

hangover the next day too. I go to my new doc Dr. Chen this month and I

will ask her about this.

Thanks,
