Hi Tony,

Last July some of the members thought it would be a good incentive if they

posted their weight loss each month and their goal for the next month. I told

them I would keep records of their losses. We have new members to join every

month. You are welcome to join. All you need to do is post your current

weight and how much you would like to lose by the first of April.

Hi Tony,

I am a new member to the group also. I got the news a little over two weeks

ago. I am on 4 meds at the moment. Trying to lose a few lbs also.

Hi Tony:

It does sound like a good plan. I need to lose about 100 pounds. It's the

combination of exercise/diet that'll do it. It sure is hard for me to get

going and stick with it. We just joined Bally's Total Fitness though so I

have no excuse now.

certainly does help if we are accountable to someone. My eating plan,

which I have not been following lately, is what the dietician

recomended 3 years ago. three meals a day with four 15g servings of

carbs per meal plus one 15g snack and moderation in fat intake. I

feel well and lose weight when following this plan and exercising.

Hopefully i can get my act together and get back on the plan.
