RE: Duh moment

I think your duh moment is actually a

lightbulb moment! Intuitive eating is not just about what you eat but also how

it makes your body feel afterwards. Clearly you can’t eat too many

vegetables without upsetting your system and intuitively now you can respect

your body and know how to address eating vegetables. Well done! J

I can so relate to what you are saying. I have been working on

eating more nutritiously myself. This past week I ate a lot of

salad. I found myself absolutely ravenous! And the next day spent

a large part of the morning in the bathroom! I too have come to the

concusion after all these years that fresh vegetables, particularly

salads, my body does not like! I'm with you, I would much prefer

some steamed vegetables.

I love how IE allows us to experiment with different things and ways

of eating and then we can listen to our bodies and find what works

for us.
