Anyone up for a Protein Train Monday? I am 8 weeks post op from having our

daughter... I lost 20 of the 29 pounds in 13 days, and for the past 6 weeks I

have SUCKED at this...lol I lost 6 pounds a few weeks ago and then gained 9

the following week :(

I have to get back on track, I just have to. I don't want this to be another

baby I gained weight from and never lost the weight.

So PLEASE join me in a Protein train...

Whatcha say? Who joining and how in the heck do I do this...lmao
