I have not heard of this surgery. If you do have it done, would you share

your experience with the group. Is this done as outpatient or would you be

overnight in the hospital? How long would you have to be off your feet?

I am happy to report that, after nerve testing last weeek, my

podiatrist does NOT advise this surgery for me. He encouraged me to

use B vitamins and good shoes.

The surgery is the same type that is used for carpal tunnel syndrome.

Wow...that is great you don't have to have surgery. I can see why the shoes,

but why would the vitamins make much difference?
