I've been having lots of cheese and many "Depth Charges," and Medjool Dates.I love the adjustable factor of SCD. And here is where the difference lies that has settled on this lady's hips.Removing honey and nut butter from 1/2 cup whole milk yogurt 3 x a day equals 306 calories less. Removing three Medjool dates accounts for another 216.Three slices of Tine Jarslberg cheese321There are 843 calories I've added each and every day and have stopped exercising.Anyone who is underweight can just be my guest and take this stuff as I won't be having it for a while, delicious as it is.
