meningoceles vs. pseudomeningoceles

regular Meningocele can be the more harmful one if you are born with

I believe this is correct. The difference is that a true Meningocele has

nerve tissue trapped inside it. Whereas a pseudomeningocele (which is often

the result of a leaking dura after surgery) has no nerve tissue inside it --

it is just a pocket of csf and not a true Meningocele.
