Guest guest
A sitz bath should do it. But I don't understand why he thinks sitting in water for 15 minutes will benefit you. If you have " dead cells accumulating " you should be able to take care of that with some kind of oil or even vaseline. . Reminds me of cradle cap on my babies. I got rid of that with vaseline without soaking their heads. Like you said it could be residue from the meds if you use them a lot. I shower but wash down there using my soaped hand only. I have never felt any residue but don't actually use any meds either. Ora >I'm so confused!!!!! I use one on the rest of my body and since I've started using it, I've had a lot less dry skin. I've never used it on my vulva area - but I would if I was having a problem removing dead cells. I'd choose it over having to clean my husband's bathtub once a week so I can sit in water I don't want to sit in for fifteen minutes. <ggg> The netted shower scruffies are quite soft too - not like a loofah. They do get rough after awhile though, so I replace them when they do. I also wash them in the washing machine, just like a washcloth. And the old rough ones, I save to clean the bathtub with. I found some sauces for berries that you might like: http://www.driscolls.com There's a butterscotch one for raspberries that has me getting excited about picking the wild raspberries that grow in the wetlands between my yard and the road. And I don't even really like raspberries. <ggg> Debbie Tiger
Guest guest
Surely it couldn't hurt to try the bath. What if by soaking (and this removes the accumulated material) you relieve some of your pain? Wouldn't that be a good thing? I would try it. Guest guest
Thanks for the advice, Dusty. I have no pain in those areas, just in the vestibule. I did do a sitz bath and a good rinse in the shower. Am thinking of getting a hand held shower head to make rinsing easier. Ruth (Ruthiema) PS I ain't going near my husband's bathroom!!!!!!!!! > Surely it couldn't hurt to try the bath.
