Katy -

I started on the shots when I was 8 and took them until I was 16. I am 30 now

and am 5 foot 2 inches. I was terrified of needles and still kind of am. I

always have the lab use butterfly needles when I get blood drawn. I always

had low self esteem and didn't learn to assert myself until I was in my 20's.

I was always picked last for teams in school and was always the shortest and

youngest looking in my class.

My mom always made our trips to the doctor special like another person

wrote. That kind of helped. We would go shopping afterward. I am very glad

for the growth hormone. I am married now with a 16 month old boy. THis would

not have been possible without the GH. I am also glad I took it so that I

could become a somewhat normal height for a woman. Good luck to you and your
