Guest guest
Per Stedman's Concise: aesthesiometer-SEE esthesiometer. esthesiometer-an instrument for determining the state of tactile and other forms of sensibility. SYN tactometer. I found no anesthesiometer either. ----Original Message Follows---- Reply-To: " " To: " nmtc " <nmtc > Subject: Confused Date: Fri, 8 Feb 2002 09:42:27 -0800 (Pacific Standard Time) Thermal aesthesiometer - I found several hits for that and only a couple for anesthesiometer. Since I don't know anything about it (or them), I am curious.

Hi and welcome back to the group. There are so many things you can add to oatmeal. Some of the things I add include cream cheese, a couple spoons of yogurt, fruit, cinnamon, but not all at one time. Most of the time I add cinnamon, and I use Splenda as a sweetener. I have used sugar-free syrup as a sweetener. A spoonful of sugar-free jam/preserves could be used also. Guest guest
My usual BF is a PB sand. - 22 gm carb (btrd whole wht & 2 Tbsp crunchy PB), pack of instant grits - 20 gm carb, and a small can of fruit in light syrup - 13 gm carb. It can be boring having the same thing every morning but for me it's worth it to know at least that one meal will take the same insulin and will give me the same #'s every day and since I'm not a morning person that's one less thing to deal with until I get my butt in gear. YMMV, Mike B. Tom Gallagher wrote: > Hello all. I am new to the group and have a question. Could you all > give me some suggestions about what and what not to eat for > breakfast. Guest guest
I don't think Pan is a healthy fat. I think it is saturated. I would not use it. Artery clogging. That is my opinion. I think you can do salt free natural. Trader Joe's has it I think. G
Guest guest
Yes, it could be the dawn phenomon as well as maybe your ran out of insulin and your liver also sent out for the cavalry and you get the increase of blood sugar. This happens to me alot. 102 to 128 is not that bad. Its still close to normal. At times if you can, check your sugar around 3 am and see what happens. noodles886 wrote: I'm totally confused! When I went to bed my glucose reading was 102 and at 6:00am it was 128. The last few days my fasting reading has been steadily rising and I don't know why. I thought maybe I was snacking too late so I snacked earlier but that didn't help. And last night I didn't snack at all. What can I do to combat this? Is it the dawn phenomenon. I am newly diagnosed so I'm not on any medication.
