Well, it is ephedra-free, I was relieved to read. It contains green

tea polyphenols, caffeine, niacin and chromium. You could maybe get

the same benefits by drinking green tea and making sure there is

niacin and chromium in your daily multi-vitamin. It looks like prices

run $11-$12 for 45 capsules.

I order my tea from http://www.tenren.com. Their prices are

reasonable, shipment is prompt, and their packaging is nifty. I buy

Green Tea, White Tea, and Dragon Well Green Tea. Their Dragon Well

was recently top-rated by " Consumer Reports " .
