Hi

Sorry to hear your feeling so lousy.

Yes I've often been so tired that I get nauseated and it's NOT FUN.

I hope you start feeling better and more rested soon.

I tell ya some times I hurt so much and am so tired by the end of my

work day, that I just feel like I could puke! Esp this last week! I

don't know if I am trying to get the stomach bug that is going

around, or if because TOM is done that is affecting me, but dang I am

having a rough go of it this week! The bug is hitting mostly

middle/high schools, and I do ele school, so I really don't think

that is it. Last night when I got home from my 10- 11:30 meeting,

then 1-5:15 work, then 6-8:30 church, after all that my legs hurt

sooooo bad I laid on the couch and didn't move most the rest of the

night! I really thought I was going to be ill! Of course it had

been since noon that I had eaten, but still.... that isn't usually a

factor.

So, today I have taken some tylenol, my shoulders (outside arm area)

are sore, my legs (thigh area) are sore, hips sore, neck really sore,

have a headache, I just waaaannnnnaaaa stay home and go back to sleep

(exhausted) and I KNOW that isn't going to happen (we are DEF one

person down, poss 2). I should get to the store and get some aleve

(that works better for me) but I am even too tired to do that! I am

however, trying to do some housework (cleaning my room, directing

kids to clean, but they aren't doing well today! lol), but I see a

nap in the VERY near future before work.

Ok, enough whining, thanks for listening!

Hi ,

Last week I did get the stomach bug that was hitting our area. I

ended up in the hospital 24 hrs and it wasn't a good experience. An

ER doc gave me Zofran dissolving tabs for nausea which I still get.

The tabs taste bad but do help.

If you are very tired and achy you might be getting the bug. Get as

much rest and sleep as possible. I took naps last week before my

syptoms got worse. Also drink plenty water, gastorade and diluted

clear juice like apple or grape. Not orange juice though.

warm, soft hugs,

Debbie J

It's cold here in Texas, too

I have had this happen to me MANY times. Usually it starts around

Thursday morning because of having to push myself so hard working M-F.

By Friday night I am in so much pain and so exhausted that many times I

have to stop on the drive home and throw up.

I hope you find some relief.

Wow, I thought I was the only one who was practically dead on Fridays.

I can barely make it through the day on Fridays. It starts some time

Thursday with me, too. It is just awful. I don't do the vomiting

thing, but I have gotten nauseous because of being really fatigued.

Yes, if I don't get enough sleep or my mind has been too active for me to rest I

get nauseated in the morning. My mind is very active when I am asleep so this

happened quite frequently when I was working. Now that I have quit my job

because of my health I don't have the problem as often because I can sleep later

in the morning if I wake up sick. I had to call off a couple times for because

of the nausea, it goes away if I sleep a few more hours.

Count me in as experiencing this too! Everyone seems to think I am crazy when I

tell them I am so tired that I feel sick to my stomach.

Why or why do we have to live like this???
