He just started on Metformin yesterday and already has said his vision is clearer and his BS was 299 this afternoon, rather than high 300s to low 400s, so that is a major improvement already. He's on a 3 week trial of Glucophage right now and Dr. will determine, based on current numbers, whether to stick with Glu., go to insulin, or a combo of both. We shall see.
