Guest guest
i've had panic attacks. i work next to wtc and was there on 9/11 so they result from that. i think the first thing you have to do is recognize when one is about to start, i have learned to recognize my symptoms and i immediately take a xanax. if i am at work i go talk to either one of two people i can trust to help talk me down. i also seen a social worker to work on the issue. sylvia Please don't shake me, no don't wake me, leave me where I am, I'm only sleeping. Lennon/McCartney Re: Panic Attacks take a class on meditation to learn the relaxing, deep breathing techniques. it really works. it's a much different type of breathing than what we normally do, it's not like simply taking in a lot of air in your lungs. I learned in a yoga class and refined it while doing biofeedback. Mira ____________ _________ _________ _________ _________ __
