I take 22.5 mgs Im injections once a week of meth I am on Neoronton for pain along with darvacet but as I have said nothing has worked so far for the rib pain I wish there was an easier answer then anyone has come up with for that as it just about drives me crazy Whats really fun is when the darn ribs cave in and they won't come out OH how that hurts. Welcome aboard Kim . Its really hard to see the young ones with the young children with this disease as I know how tired I am and I know how much energy those young ones have My hat goes off to all you . The Barb I'm referring to is from SD and is part of the list she just started this week on embriel Rochester put her on it She was running out of options very quickly as the rp had invaded her mastoids and was really making a mess of her life. so keep her on your prayer list people she needs all of them . Hope to hear more from Carl in Tenn. We need all the options that are a hand the more options we have the better as this darn stuff works differently with each of us. Everytime they try a new drug on me I get my hopes up that it will a least take care of some of the darn pain, no luck so far but will talk to thee rheumy on tuesday and see what she can do Will be keeping in touch take care all of you ANGIE ARE YOU TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF. Guest guest Posted October 25, 1999 Report Share Posted October 25, 1999 i am on 160 mg oxycotin thre tmes a day// i understadit is suposd to last fo 12 hours (sustained release) but only works foabout 8-10 hors on me. the dose was increased last week. for breakthroug pain i used to take msir, but have recently switched to oxir which woks just as well. as i have possted belfore, my pain doctors have baan truly an answer t my prayers. i have been ortunate to have founnd a coule like that but i had to go through quite a few befor i found them. if you ar in pain don't give up please keep looking until you find a doc who will effectively reat your oain good luck and god bless denise Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
