Guest guest
Hi all, A kind and SCD-knowledgeable family member is baking me some stuff to take on a long-haul trip to Thailand, and she needs to know a local (somewhere around Seattle) source to pick up finely ground blanched almond flour. There is no time for mail-order delivery, and Bob’s Red Mill doesn’t settle with me (I have celiac and this source is sometimes cross-contaminated with something gluten-containing). She’d make her own, but she doesn’t have a food processor. Help? Any Seattle people out there? Any suggestions? Thank you so much!
Guest guest
When we are stuck without almond flour while it is on the way to us or delayed shipping or poor planning or something, we make our own with our coffee grinder......this works better than the food processor anyway. I am from Texas.....hope someone helps you find some. If you do tolerate one that you find, you can always freeze it so you have it on hand when needed. Guest guest
Buy a food processor. That way you'll have it for the future.MaraHi all, A kind and SCD-knowledgeable family member is baking me some stuff to take on a long-haul trip to Thailand, and she needs to know a local (somewhere around Seattle) source to pick up finely ground blanched almond flour.
