Guest guest
Dear Jo, I understand your concerns. Diabetes groups tend toward either information-sharing or support. The tendency to join either group has to do with our individual personalities. You may have a stronger need to feel good about your own approach to diabetes, whereas I'm on a crusade to save every single diabetic's life by researching and sharing advice. I'll do a search for you for a diabetes group that focuses on support rather than information sharing. Sorry we've disappointed you. Guest guest
I read a post somewhere of someone having good luck with flaxseed meal for there hemmies; might be worth researching. This may have been for prevention - not sure. Mike Any suggestions for things I can do to get past this > problem without having to deal with surgery are greatly appreciated. > Right now I'm on antibiotics because the hemorrhoids became infected. > Anne
Guest guest
I agree and I think people are only trying to give their opinion to help other people. But, I for one know that different things work for different people. I have a friend who can eat chocolate candy bars all day and her blood sugar hardly goes up, but if she eats a piece of fruit her blood sugar skyrockets. So hang it here. Guest guest
I don't know about flaxseed noodles, but the shirataki noodles - both regular and tofu (I like the tofu better) are found in Japanese markets in the refrigerator section. You may have to go to the nearest big city for that. Vicki In a message dated 04/09/2003 7:23:49 AM US Mountain Standard Time, pnorwood1@... writes: > > Where could you buy these noodles? Guest guest
Is there a fair-sized Asian contingent in your town? Any decent Oriental market should have them. Re: Re: Any suggestions?
