Doctor is checking a patient out who has had a siezure.

NECK: Supple, nontender. Full range of motion. No s/l " retiginous " symptoms

with head tilt.

He is definitely not saying rigidity or rigidinous..

Thanks for your help... (are Mondays supposed to be 48 hours long?)

I think you're looking for vertiginous, as in vertigo.
