Guest guest
Joe, How did you change your lifestyle to handle this? I would like to know the answers about the meds as well. Guest guest
First of all thanks for the responses, they have been overwhelming. Secondly, I have had to really sit down and think about the lifestyle changes thing. I am not sure if I have changed my lifestyle, or found a better way to ignore the problems. I may have ignored warnings and done more harm than good. I plan on discussing this with my doctor on the next visit.
