How did you change your lifestyle to handle this? I would like to know the

answers about the meds as well.

First of all thanks for the responses, they have been overwhelming.

Secondly, I have had to really sit down and think about the lifestyle

changes thing. I am not sure if I have changed my lifestyle, or

found a better way to ignore the problems. I may have ignored

warnings and done more harm than good. I plan on discussing this

with my doctor on the next visit.
