Guest guest
I'm a type 2 diabetic, insulin dependent...I thought that Splenda was OK for me to use in my coffee or tea..My cousin say: Splenda is made from sugar, and as a diabetic you cannot use it!...Is he right? Thanks in advance. ~*Lainie*~The StarGazer*~ my website: http://community.webtv.net/LAINIE121/doc
Guest guest
I use Splenda, it is a sugar substitute. It does taste like sugar. Guest guest
I have had occaision to use Splenda, Aspertame and other artificial sweeteners. I would highly suggest you research any food additive before using them. Some people have had allergic reactions to everything from Propalyne Glycol to peanut oils. Guest guest
SOME diabetics report that Splenda acts just like real sugar on them, but most can take it.
