I use Splenda, it is a sugar substitute. It does taste like sugar.

I have had occaision to use Splenda, Aspertame and other artificial

sweeteners. I would highly suggest you research any food additive

before using them. Some people have had allergic reactions to

everything from Propalyne Glycol to peanut oils.

SOME diabetics report that Splenda acts just like real sugar on them, but most

can take it.
